The Gown

A most elegant ensemble for certain to become a family heirloom. To be made of silk or cotton---your choice.

This spectacular gown has 8 fabric panels and 8 lace panels all delicately stitched together with additional lace and fine threads. A gathered lace edging finishes off the neck, sleeves, and bottom hem.

Adornments include a trio of ribbon rosettes on the yolk. Ribbon bows on the sleeves, numerous embroideries on the center front panel with additional accents of hand embroidered silk flowers and fresh water pearl centers. Side panels adorn an intricate lace insertion.

The gown buttons down the back with 3 small flower buttons.

The overall length of this gown is approximately 43" and the bottom circumference measures a healthy 150".

The Slip

This complimentary multi-tier slip is made from fine silk or cottons---your choice.

The yolk, armholes, and hem are finished with narrow gathered lace edging.

The yolk and bottom tier also adorns beautiful embroidery, which includes the name and date of birth of the child.

The overall length of this slip equals approximately 40" and the hem circumference measures about 160".

The Blanket

The matching blanket is elegance in simplicity. It measures approximately 45" square, has rounded corners, and finished with a gathered lace edging. It is backed with the softest baby flannel. One corner adorns embroidery of 2 Doves with ribbon bows and the back adorns the child's name and date of birth.

The bonnet is made from a combination of all the gown laces, which delicately are sewn together and then lined with the gown fabric. The closure is from the matching ribbon rosettes and streamers. The bonnet is included in the price of the gown.

Accessories

For accessories to complete the ensemble I offer a bib and booties. Both are made from the gown fabric and lined with the flannel. A button closure on the bib and ribbons on the booties.
